Le Français Perceval folding knife

Designed in the Perceval workshops in Thiers, this knife illustrates French cutlery expertise at its most precise and exacting. Its slim, balanced silhouette makes it an elegant companion, as pleasant to handle as it is to look at.

The handle is crafted from juniper, ebony, pistachio and boxwood. Each wood is carefully selected for its strength and appearance.

Each piece is unique in its grain and color. The stainless steel blade ensures long-lasting sharpness and reliability for everyday use and outdoor dining.

• ebony: A deep black wood, dense and very hard. Heavy, but highly resistant to humidity.
• juniper: Light-colored wood with fragrant brown knots. Relatively soft, needs careful care. Highly prized in fine cutlery.
• pistachio: Light-colored wood with greenish or brown veins. Often used for its distinctive appearance.
• burr boxwood: Very light to golden yellow wood, with tormented veins. Fine texture, pleasant grip. Dense wood, often used for high-end pieces.
