Whether you're preparing a Sunday pot-au-feu, a daube provençale, a pain de campagne or a simple lentil dish, the cocotte allows you to cook gently, without drying out, while concentrating the aromas. Its material, cast iron, raw or enamelled, is appreciated for its sturdiness, neutrality and ability to last a lifetime or more.

We have selected cocottes made in France or Europe, in keeping with traditional know-how. Their heavy lids ensure even cooking and limit evaporation; some are fitted with picots under the lid for natural basting.

Available in a range of formats, round or oval, our cocottes are suitable for all sizes of oven or griddle. They are compatible with all burners, including induction, and can withstand high temperatures.
