This Honesuki knife is made of genuine 32-layer damascus blade VG10 steel with a high carbon content, double sharpened and polished katana-style for incomparable hardness.

The micarta handle is extremely strong and resistant to water and heat.

This small all-purpose knife is particularly handy for finely slicing poultry or fish. A square "kaku" tip for neat, clean boning without damaging the blade.

The magnificent Damascus blade pattern gives this exceptional knife its distinctive character.
