Made in the pure Japanese tradition with a genuine damascus blade (32 layers) in VG 10 stainless steel with a high carbon content and a double sharpening and polishing like a katana for an incomparable hardness and cutting.
We appreciate the beautiful natural patterns of damascus blade giving all its cachet to the utensil. It has a very solid micarta handle that is water and heat resistant.
