Description
This set of 3 Japanese knives is the perfect blend of Japanese tradition and modern materials for a unique culinary experience.
The ergonomic handles of these knives are made of bamboo powder, with its natural antibacterial properties, and polypropylene. Their blade is made of polished stainless steel with a Rockwell hardness of 58 ±1.
This set includes :

1 universal knife with 10 cm blade, ideal for small precision jobs such as peeling, chiseling or cutting fruit and vegetables.

1 universal knife with 15 cm blade, perfect for all-purpose cutting, whether for meat, vegetables or herbs.

1 kitchen knife with 20 cm blade, the main knife for slicing, dicing and cutting large pieces with ease.
Instructions for use: to preserve all the qualities of your knives, we recommend washing them by hand, drying them carefully and storing them in a dry place. They are not dishwasher-safe.
