How to maintain your copper sauce boat?
- Prefer wooden utensils to avoid damaging the coating of the dish
- Avoid placing the dish on a source of heat without putting fat or liquid on it
- Gently clean by hand rather than in the dishwasher
- Use a special copper polishing paste to remove the tarnishing of the metal
