- wash before first use (with hot water and washing-up liquid)
- never use aggressive detergents or bleach
- do not use steel wool or metal sponges, as they will scratch surfaces
- do not use dishwashers
- if copper tarnishes over time, its conductivity remains unchanged, but don't hesitate to clean the utensil with a suitable product.
