This stainless steel and plastic thermometer, graduated from 0 to 120°C, allows to prick the meat to evaluate its cooking. Dimensions: Ø 55 x 130 mm.

Description

Basic rules for properly cooking your meats:

  • Take the temperature of thin slices of meat as soon as they come off the heat, but wait 5 to 10 minutes to take the temperature of thicker cuts, such as roast beef
  • Insert the thermometer stem far from the bones, fat and cartilage, in the most fleshy part of the food
  • Leave the thermometer on for at least 30 seconds before checking the temperature
  • After each use, remember to wash the thermometer stem with hot soapy water.
