Description
The FKO De Buyer angled serving spatula is an ergonomic kitchen utensil designed for professionals: its flexible blade is made of hardened X20 Cr13 stainless steel and its polyamide handle is reinforced with fiberglass.
A flexible yet robust spatula
The blade's polished surface facilitates the spreading of creams and icings on pastries. It also proves effective when removing from the heat and serving soft-textured preparations such as omelettes. It glides over the bottom of the pan without damaging it or altering the texture of the preparation.
