Description
Since 1830, de Buyer has been designing and manufacturing professional-quality cookware in France.
Made from thick white steel plate, the Carbone Plus frying pan is ideal for searing, grilling and browning meat, fish, eggs and much more. Its rapid heat-up and uniform heat distribution enable high temperatures to be reached, ideal for the Maillard reaction and caramelization of juices.
The Lyonnaise-cut skirt makes serving food easier, allowing it to slide easily into a dish.
Thanks to its natural non-stick properties, the frying pan gets better and better the longer it's used: progressive basting improves its non-stick qualities over time.
Its riveted strip tail, strong and non-removable, features a French curvature that offers a comfortable grip and easy handling.
Finally, the frying pan is compatible with all burners, including induction.
