Buyer's Mineral B country-style sauté pan is the ideal utensil for all your everyday cooking needs: searing, sautéing, browning, simmering... Thanks to its high sides, it's ideal for generous dishes such as sautéed potatoes, pan-fried vegetables or meat, while limiting splattering.

Made from white sheet steel, it is protected by a beeswax coating, a natural finish that offers temporary protection against oxidation and facilitates tumbling. This process develops a natural non-stick surface that improves with use.

Its thick bottom ensures excellent caramelization of food, a signature of steel pans De Buyer.
