Description
Designed for everyday cooking as well as for livelier dishes, this wok in three-layer 18/10 stainless steel combines sturdiness and heat control.
Three-layer design
The body combines three layers of metal:
- stainless steel 304 (0.4 mm) in contact with food to preserve flavors,
- aluminum (1.2 mm) for even heat distribution,
- stainless steel 430 (0.6 mm) for strength and induction compatibility.
For healthy cooking
With no artificial coating, this wok is guaranteed PFOA-, PFAS- and PTFE-free. Bare stainless steel is ideal for searing and stir-frying foods, while respecting their nutritional quality. Cooking on steel requires controlled preheating: a simple test with a drop of water will guide you to the ideal temperature.
Use and maintenance
The wok is suitable for all burners (including induction), ovenproof up to 240°C, and dishwasher-safe. Its riveted handle provides a secure grip and remains pleasant to handle during cooking.
