The three-layer design reveals its ingenuity in the assembly of three complementary metal layers: 0.4 mm of 304 stainless steel in direct contact with the food, 1.2 mm of aluminum for uniform heat diffusion, and 0.6 mm of 430 stainless steel as an external structure for overall sturdiness.
Healthy, natural cooking
This pan has no artificial coatings - guaranteed PFOA-, PFAS- and PTFE-free. Bare stainless steel preserves the nutritional quality of food. To master cooking on uncoated steel, the water drop technique is essential: place a drop on the hot surface, and it should roll and sizzle slightly before disappearing. This signal indicates the ideal temperature for searing without sticking, revealing the full flavor of ingredients.
Sturdy French construction
The riveted stainless steel handle stays cool during cooking. Welded metal rivets ensure a durable hold that withstands daily use.
