Chestnut pan De Buyer

Chestnut pan in blue sheet steel by the French manufacturer de Buyer.

Blue sheet steel is not painted or coated steel, but simply heat-treated to give it its bluish color, and to provide temporary protection against oxidation before use. This traditional utensil is made from sheet steel for strength.

Thickness 2 mm for medium-power sources.

Available with a perforated bottom for use on embers, or with side perforations for glass-ceramic and induction.

Perfect heat diffusion.
