How to maintain your Opinel stainless steel ?
To keep the sharpness of your Opinel n°12 stainless steel knife it is recommended to:
- Sharpen your knife frequently to avoid losing the edge of the blade.
- Wash your stainless steel blade with warm soapy water.
- Let your knife dry without closing it and avoid immersing the wooden handle in water to avoid any deformation.
