Description

WÜSTHOF knives are made exclusively in Solingen, Germany, a city renowned for its knifemaking tradition.

For over 200 years, each knife has gone through more than 50 manufacturing stages, using stainless steel enriched with chromium, vanadium and molybdenum. This process guarantees a precise cutting edge and a consistency of cut suitable for both everyday and intensive use.

The different knives available

-Santoku 17 cm: Versatile knife inspired by Asian cuisine. Slices, chops and dices fruit, vegetables, meat and fish with precision.

- 9 cm paring knife: Compact and handy, ideal for peeling, cleaning and slicing fruits and vegetables. Indispensable for precise preparation.

- Tranchelard 20 cm: Designed to produce thin, even slices, particularly on hams, roasts and cuts of meat.
