Vegetable knife Opinel n°114

Featuring a 7 cm stainless steel blade in the shape of a curved bird's beak, it makes it easy to scrape and cut fruit and vegetables.

The blade offers excellent sharpness and abrasion resistance, with a hardness of between 55 and 57 HRC.

The back of the blade features a specially designed scraper to clean vegetables (new potatoes, carrots, mushrooms...) while keeping their skin intact.

The handle is made from PEFC-certified beech, the wood emblematic ofOpinel, renowned for its strength and durability.
