Nogent paring knife, serrated blade
A serrated paring knife for easy cutting and slicing of soft foods.
Made in France by the historic Nogent 3-star cutlery factory.
Description
A practical, versatile knife for the kitchen
With its hardened stainless steel blade, bevel-ground along its entire length, this small kitchen knife is as versatile as it is effective in the kitchen. Everyday culinary tasks become a game: its teeth, notched every 3 millimeters, enable you to cut fruits and vegetables cleanly without crushing or damaging the texture and flesh of certain foods such as tomatoes and kiwis, but also to attack thicker crusts such as bread.
Its small size makes it easy to handle. Its wooden handle provides a pleasant, sure grip.
We recommend washing your knife by hand in lukewarm soapy water to avoid damaging the quality of the wood.
To restore the shine of the blade, you can apply a little white vinegar or lemon juice.
This Nogent paring knife is guaranteed for life by the manufacturer.
