Description
This pastis terrine is directly inspired by the Marseilles identity.
The aniseed adds a typical aromatic note, both fresh and slightly licorice-like, which enhances the terrine without unbalancing the whole.
This terrine is made by Maison Brémond, a company established in Aix-en-Provence since 1830, which selects products from identified terroirs and perpetuates a demanding southern gastronomy. It is part of a quality approach based on Provencal and Mediterranean traditions.
Serve chilled, on bread, for a convivial moment with a southern accent.
