For perfectly boiled eggs
For boiled eggs to be successful, the white must be cooked and the yolk must remain liquid and melting. Without this, it would be impossible to dip in the indispensable buttered mouillette. The principle is simple:
- Wait until the egg is boiling
- Plunge the eggs gently into the water to prevent them from breaking
- Leave them to cook for 4 minutes, and not a second longer!
- Remove them from the water and place them on an egg cup
- Cut off the top of each egg with egg scissors or a knife
