Box of 6 steak knives, ebony handle
A tribute to the famous puydomois world champion Renaud Lavillenie (pole vault world champion), born in the same town as the knives in this set.
Description
This knife is made using traditional French craft techniques in the Puy-de-Dôme region by a company with century-old know-how.
It features an ebony handle secured by brass rosettes using a traditional technique, giving it a classic, robust appearance.
The blade, forged from top-quality X50CrMoV15 steel, is razor-sharp. Its 2 mm thickness guarantees excellent edge retention and easy sharpening. It has a matt polish.
The elongated, rectilinear shape of these knives, combined with the "brushed" finish of their blades, gives them a contemporary look despite the craftsmanship of their design.
The knives come in a set of six in an elegant beechwood case.
For maximum cut retention over time, do not put these knives in the dishwasher, and dry them immediately after washing.
