Description
The blue sheet is not a painted or coated steel but it is a steel which simply underwent a heat treatment which gives it its bluish coloring, and which provides it before use a temporary protection against oxidation. This traditional utensil is made of steel sheet for its robustness.
Thickness 2 mm for medium power sources.
Perfect heat diffusion.
