Knives & Scissors
Cutlery is one of Maison Empereur's three historic departments. As well as being ironmongers, its founders were also edge-tool makers — craftsmen of cutting tools.
Since the 19th century this universe has kept growing, and today it brings together a wide variety of objects devoted to cutting. Collector's knives, pocket, table and kitchen knives sit alongside the great names of French and international cutlery, among them Nontron, Victorinox, Perceval and Opinel.
The selection also extends to scissors — serrated, pizza, inauguration, nail or nose-hair scissors — with models suited to right- and left-handed users alike. A collection that bears witness to the historic place of the blade in the house's know-how.
