- 200g nixtamalized corn flour (masa harina)
- 350 ml water
- pinch of salt

3. Use your tortilla press to flatten each ball into a thin tortilla.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side, or until lightly browned.
