How to maintain a natural sponge ?

The natural sponge is very durable if you take care of it. Before using it for the first time, wash it with cold water and soap. Afterwards, to take advantage of your sea sponge for a long time, after each use, rinse it with warm water to eliminate soap residues and then dry it in the open air.

To disinfect and eliminate impurity residues, you can clean the sponge with a mixture of hot water and baking soda to eliminate bacteria. It is also possible to wash it in a washing machine at 30°C in a washing net.
