Description
This corkscrew is made of teak wood and Sandvik 12c27 stainless steel blade. This exceptional piece is the fruit of the collaboration of two brothers from the Aveyron region and their expertise: André Bras, cutler, and Michel Bras, a Michelin-starred chef renowned for his restaurant in Laguiole. They naturally collaborate to create knives that perpetuate their vision of excellence, from the kitchen to the table.
Well-known in the heart of Aubrac, the Bras brothers uphold the excellence of French savoir-faire, from the kitchen to the table. Michel Bras built his reputation in the 90s as one of France's finest Michelin-starred chefs. His brother André followed in his father's footsteps as a blacksmith, working at the Forges de Laguiole. Naturally, he'll be on hand to bring his brother's knife dreams to life, as with this luxury sommelier with its teak handle.
