Description
These knives, made in Switzerland by an historic family-run factory, are specially designed for carving spoons and similar hollowware.
The blades are tempered and sharpened, ready for use, and feature left-handed sharpening (for right-handed use).
The octagonal handle is made of oiled ash for a better grip.
Dimensions:
- Large half-round: 60 mm blade, 195 mm tool.
- Small half-round: 50 mm blade, 165 mm tool.
