Calms and soothes bruises, bumps, hematomas.
Gently massage the painful areas.

Foot care: Peppermint and Tea Tree essential oils
Refreshes and relieves hot feet, nourishes and repairs damaged feet.
Massage the feet from the toes to the ankle, apply pressure points on the arch of the foot and the heel, preferably in the evening or after a long walk.
