Instructions for use
For optimum performance, preheat the pan over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Check the temperature with a few drops of water: when they bead or sizzle slightly, the surface is ready for use.
Use wooden or silicone utensils to preserve the coating.
Hand-washing is recommended for longer life.
