Sauveterre Laguiole knife with damascus blade and Aubrac handle
A must-have for knife collectors.
Description
The Sauveterre Laguiole knife in Aubrac wood is the fruit of generations of Laguiole craftsmanship. Each piece is hand-assembled by experienced craftsmen, who ensure the perfect balance between blade and handle, guaranteeing strength and ease of use.
The Damascus steel blade is forged using a complex process of superimposing and welding several layers of steel. This technique ensures a precise cutting edge and exceptional resistance to wear, while making each blade unique with its particular pattern.
The handle, made from Aubrac beech, features warm hues ranging from gold to camel. Its special feature is the black marbling created by a fungus, which runs irregularly through the wood and is enhanced by careful polishing, making it pleasant to handle.
This knife is a one-off. It reflects Laguiole's high standards of quality and craftsmanship, offering a reliable, aesthetically pleasing and entirely unique tool.
