Its dark, veined wenge wood handle is adorned with snowflake-shaped stakes, a discreet tribute to the Alpine peaks.

The blade, in Sandvik 12C27MOD steel, offers excellent sharpness and wear resistance, perfectly suited to everyday use.
The flat notch allows secure opening and closing, simply by pressing the edge of the knife.

The spring and the back of the blade are hand-guilloché, in a pattern unique to each piece.

Manufactured entirely in a cutlery workshop in Thiers.
