Description
These ceramic beads - also known as ceramic beans - are to be placed on top of your tart dough when it is pre-baked, helping to avoid an unsightly bulge that would make it difficult to garnish.
They arrive in a pretty hexagonal jar with a golden lid.
One jar is enough for one tart.
