This mold is made of HR (High Resistance) ceramic, ensuring even baking for perfectly cooked, golden and crisp pastry.
This HR ceramic also enables you to cut your slices directly in the mold without the risk of scratching it.
Resistant to high and low temperatures (from 20°C to 270°C), this dish is freezer, oven and dishwasher safe.
