This stainless steel fluted mold offers a significant advantage over its copper counterpart: maintenance is considerably simplified. Unlike copper, this stainless steel mold is dishwasher-safe and requires no special precautions. Simply grease lightly before use.

Its all-stainless steel composition ensures excellent thermal conductivity, enabling perfect caramelization. You'll be able to prepare authentic Bordeaux cannelés, both crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Available in three diameters: ø 3.5 cm, ø 4.5 cm and ø 5.5 cm.
