Wusthof sausage knife (not new)

The ergonomic polypropylene handle, secured by rivets, offers a comfortable grip. Its 14 cm blade is laser-cut from high-quality chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel.

Although often associated with the cheese knife, this versatile model can efficiently slice bread, sausage, cheese or even fruit, thanks to its fine serrations and precision.

Care instructions:

• Wash the knife by hand

• Avoid abrasive sponges and leaving the knife to soak in the sink

• Do not cut on hard surfaces such as metal, glass or dense wood (e.g. bamboo)
