Paring knife Padouk handle 8.5 cm
A small, precise knife, hand-mounted in the Thiers tradition.
Description
Small but indispensable, the paring knife is a kitchen must-have. It is distinguished by its fine, narrow, very sharp blade, ideal for the precise gestures of everyday use: peeling, chiseling, cutting fruit, vegetables, herbs or small pieces of meat with precision.
The handle is made of padouk wood, with its dense grain and naturally mahogany-red color. Pleasant in the hand, it ensures a good hold and precise control of the gesture.
Made in France in a cutlery factory that has been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label, each knife is assembled, adjusted and polished by hand, according to the rules of know-how handed down for over 150 years in the heart of the Thiers region.
A simple, solid tool, built to last.
