Bread knife 20 cm Green oak - Dumas
A bread knife with sharp teeth to give stubborn baguettes no chance.
Description
Since 1532, the House of Dumas has embodied the excellence of French cutlery, combining tradition and know-how to create reliable, elegant tools designed to accompany all your culinary preparations.
This knife, made in France in Thiers, is designed to slice all types of bread, whether with a thick or thin crust, without crushing or tearing the crumb. Its rigid blade, combined with a hybrid serration, offers excellent grip on the crust and produces clean slices thanks to a straight cut through the crumb.
Made from nitrogen-enriched 4116N French stainless steel, it has a hardness of 58-60 HRC, guaranteeing strength and longevity.
The green oak handle, sourced from responsibly managed European forests, ensures a comfortable and secure grip. This wood, with its blond hues and straight grain, adds a warm, elegant touch.
To preserve the blade's performance, this knife is sold with a vegetable leather blade guard carefully designed to fit its shape.
