A perfectly balanced knife. You'll appreciate the smoothness of its 10 cm handle, crafted from beautiful boxwood, and its robust 10 cm full tang blade in T5MOS stainless steel.
The handle features the emblematic pyrographed finish of the Manufacture. Far from mass production, every stage in the manufacture of this knife was carried out by a single craftsman. Nontron cutlery has been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label.
