The Panettone

Italy's most awarded Panettone! Here, the exceptional result is based on an Original Method, integrating three kneading stages and 72 hours of artisanal production, combined with a rigorous selection of the finest ingredients to create a Panettone that's even softer, more fragrant and easier to digest.

The result is a panettone with a remarkably melt-in-the-mouth texture and rich aromas, enhanced by Australian raisins and Staccia oranges from Lucania.

Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, raisins (20%), sugar, eggs, candied orange peel (15%), natural leavening, orange paste, honey, malt, salt, vanilla.

Allergens: contains wheat and eggs. May contain traces of nuts, milk and sesame.

Colomba

Considered one of Italy's finest, this Colomba is the unmissable symbol of Easter celebrations. It owes its character to a rigorous selection of the finest raw materials, combined with traditional know-how.

Its century-old sourdough, combined with three long fermentation phases and 72 hours of production, results in a soft, easily digestible and intensely flavored dough. Delicate notes of Lucanian Staccia orange sublimate every bite, while the fine, crunchy almond and sugar glaze adds an elegant gourmet touch.

Ingredients: wheat flour, candied orange peel 25%, butter, sugar, eggs, natural sourdough, orange paste, honey, malt, salt, vanilla.

Glaze (10%): sugar, egg whites, almonds, corn flour, rice starch, sunflower oil, cocoa.

Allergens: contains wheat, eggs and almonds. May contain traces of nuts, milk and sesame.

Store in a cool, dry place. No preservatives.
