Laguiole Eiffel Tower knife, mammoth ivory crust handle
A unique knife where every detail, from the sculpted, veined handle to the Damascus steel blade, reflects the exacting standards and elegance of French cutlery.
Description
Laguiole en Aubrac perpetuates a knifemaking expertise handed down through several generations, and with this model offers a tribute to the Parisian elegance of the early XXᵉ century.
The handle of this "Tour Eiffel" edition is carved from mammoth ivory, dense and worked to reveal its unique texture.
Each piece is singular, with a veining that never reproduces itself, making each knife an object in its own right. The hand-polished Damascus steel blade combines strength and finesse. The spring, engraved with motifs inspired by the Eiffel Tower, and the medallion with its original design replace the traditional Laguiole bee.
Each knife is meticulously crafted, from the handle to the final polishing of the blade, by a single master cutler.
Limited to 200 numbered pieces, this model combines tradition, elegance and craftsmanship, offering a unique knife where utility and aesthetics meet.
