Description
These traditional Italian pastries are made using traditional methods, with candied fruit, almonds, walnuts and honey.
Each panforte is prepared with quality ingredients for a soft, chewy texture and authentic taste. Ideal with tea or coffee, they can be enjoyed at the end of a meal or during a sweet break.
- Panforte Fruits Confits et Miel (100 g) : The simplest, most traditional recipe: lots of candied fruit and honey. Soft, sweet and easy to enjoy.
Ingredients: Candied orange peel, candied lemons and melon, almonds, sugar, wheat flour, honey, mixed spices, potato starch. May contain traces of soya, hazelnuts, walnuts and milk.
- Panforte Chocolate, candied fruit and almonds (100 g) : A chocolate-flavored panforte, with pieces of candied fruit and almonds. More indulgent and richer than the classic version.
Ingredients: Almonds , candied orange peel, sugar, wheat flour, dark chocolate 9% , honey, hazelnuts , mixed spices, potato starch. May contain traces of soya, hazelnuts, nuts and milk.
- Panforte Figs and Walnuts (100 g) : A panforte with figs and walnuts. Soft texture and slightly fruitier taste.
Ingredients: Figs 18%, candied lemon and melon, walnuts 15%, sugar, wheat flour, almonds, honey, mixed spices, potato starch. May contain traces of soya, hazelnuts and milk.
- Panforte Fruits Confits et Noix - Gluten-free (230 g) : A gluten-free version that's still very tasty. Mixture of candied fruits and nuts, larger format for sharing.
Ingredients: Candied orange and lemon peel, almonds, sugar, honey, mixed spices, potato starch.
