Simón Coll is a Spanish family-run chocolate factory founded in 1840, renowned for the quality of its chocolates.
Made from carefully selected and roasted cocoa beans, this traditional chocolate bar can be shared or enjoyed at any time of day, and comes in an elegant, finely engraved paper box, where the cocoa fields come to life, telling the story of each bean's origin.
Available in two versions:
Milk chocolate
An extra-fine milk chocolate with 32% cocoa, offering a smooth, balanced flavor thanks to a traditional roasting process and the use of high-quality milk. Ideal for those who appreciate smooth, light chocolate.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (SOJA lecithin), flavor (vanilla). Cocoa: minimum 32%.
Dark chocolate
An intense dark chocolate, made from cocoa beans selected for their aromatic richness. Its artisanal roasting reveals deep, complex notes, perfect for lovers of powerful, authentic chocolate.
Ingredients : Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, acidity regulator (sodium bicarbonate), emulsifier (SOJA lecithin), flavor (natural vanilla). Cocoa: minimum 50%.
