Bonbonnière sucre d'orge 24gr
The original barley sugar presented in an elegant metal box.
Description
An emblematic speciality of the town of Moret-sur-Loing since the 17th century, barley sugar is one of France's oldest confectionery products. Originally made by the Benedictine nuns of Moret, this candy made from cooked sugar and pearl barley is distinguished by its sweet, warm, slightly caramelized flavor, without any acidity.
Produced today according to a traditional recipe, this barley sugar contains no artificial coloring or flavoring. Its crunchy texture, amber shine and delicate taste make it a unique confection, as enjoyable to eat as it is to give.
