Engraved chair seat to cut out

It's not a finished seat, but a raw support designed to be cut, worked and transformed according to the needs of each project.

The engraving, inspired by twentieth-century bistro chairs, fulfils a dual role: it guides the cutting process by visually materializing the outline and details to be followed, while adding an authentic decorative character to the piece from the outset.

It can be used to create a custom seat, restore an old chair whose seat needs replacing, or make furniture for an interior, café or restaurant. Its 45 × 45 cm square format offers a comfortable working margin for adapting to different models.

Once cut, it can be stained, varnished or oiled. The 7 mm thick plywood is easy to work with standard tools and accepts most finishes.

Tip: make a careful pre-cut with a cutter along the cut lines to limit surface chipping when using the jigsaw.
