Horizontal surface-mounted lock for interior doors

Designed for interior doors, this horizontal surface-mounted lock from Thirard features a steel housing and a curved steel strike plate, a 40-mm-long steel cylinder, and keyways and a latch plate also made of steel: the stress points are treated with the same care as the entire mechanism.

The two-turn locking mechanism ensures a secure hold on the door. The latch bolt is reversible, making the lock compatible with an outward-opening door without requiring any additional parts. The 6 mm square spindle is a standard size, easily compatible with standard door levers and handles.

The lock is available in right- or left-hand versions depending on the door’s opening direction. It comes with 2 nickel-plated keys and 6 lock sets, allowing for immediate use without the need for additional purchases.
