Description
Made from stainless steel, this strainer-mill is useful for preparing red fruit coulis, and finely straining fruit and vegetables for jams and purées.
The utensil is particularly handy for crushing and finely pressing fish for Provençal rock fish soup scented with herbs and saffron.
The sieve has two notches and a sturdy handle for good stability.
