Grater with wooden container and lid

This Microplane grater is designed to grate directly into its catch cup, for clean and convenient use. Its photo-etched stainless steel blades are extremely sharp and make it easy to grate a wide variety of foods, such as Parmesan cheese, citrus zest, ginger, garlic, chocolate, spices, and dried fruit.

The container closes with an airtight lid to store the grated ingredients in the refrigerator. The second wooden lid protects the blades and can also be used to serve the contents at the table.

Available in two colors to suit every taste: black or white.
