Easter lamb dish in glazed clay and its recipe. This mold allows you to make a very light Alsatian pastry that was traditionally intended for children on Easter morning. 2 sizes available: 14 and 24 cm.
Handcrafted in Alsace by a pottery that is over 200 years old.
Description
It consists of three elements: it opens in two and a hook holds the two parts of the lamb together.
Composition: glazed terracotta
Maintenance: grease the inside with oil or margarine before the first use and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 100°C.
Do not wash in dishwasher. Wipe with a damp cloth after each use.
