Pascal lamb mould

Use this mold to make a light Alsatian pastry, traditionally prepared for children on Easter morning. It has three parts: it opens in two, and a hook holds the two parts of the lamb closed.

We recommend placing a small aluminum foil seal between the two parts to prevent dough leaks.

Recommendations: do not put in dishwasher. Clean the inside of the mold with a cloth and a little water. Do not use detergent. Avoid thermal shock.
