The Kougelhopf is a brioche with a very particular shape which can be sweetened as well as salted and which is thus used as well with the breakfast as at the time of the aperitif or the dessert.
Made by an Alsatian pottery that is over 200 years old.
Description
Composition: glazed terracotta
Available diameters: Ø8 cm / Ø18 cm / Ø24 cm / Ø35 cm
Maintenance: grease the inside with oil or margarine before the first use and bake for 15 minutes at 100°C.
Do not wash in dishwasher. Wipe with a damp cloth after each use.
